Disclosure for radical transparency:

Michelle can personally vouch for Ariyan’s warm presence and justice-orientated practice from working with her for years in the same team at an NGO.

Michelle does not believe in or practice expansionism, scarcity-mindset, hierarchical business models, or profiting from another person’s labour. For this reason, Ariyan is not promoted as an employee or contractor, and Michelle receives no financial benefit from any work Ariyan undertakes.

Ariyan is simply offered as a trusted option for people seeking an anti-oppressive practitioner with similar values and practices as Michelle, and/or for those who may benefit from Ariyan’s support with counselling, supervision or group supervision.
