My locations, hours and fees
First Steps
To enquire about your session fill in the contact form here.
Once I receive your enquiry, you’ll receive a link to my client portal where you can see my most up to date availability, and book in a time.
This service requires you to pay the full fee with your bank card online (through Stripe) when booking your session.
Any sessions after the first one I can invoice you or process your card payment on the day of service.
If you prefer to pay in cash you can prepay cash.
If you do not attend the first session and do not give 24 hour notice the deposit will be forfeit as I could have offered that session to someone else.

My physical office is in Sydney at:

Opposite Beverly Hills train station, the building entrance is on Morgan Street. Street parking available along Morgan Street and Tooronga Terrace. There’s a bus stop right outside too.
Public transport:
The train station is 1 minute walk away (next to the shop).
Bus stops is literally across the street.
Driving/parking:
There’s free timed and untimed parking on the streets.
I use Zoom for online sessions and the link will be in my reminder email.
Work hours
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
(And sometimes online outside these days/hours.)
Fees (updated April 2026)
*Example: small not-for-profit NGO without access to substantial permanent funding vs. for-profit organisation with access to funding. Price does not include travel time if outreach/onsite.
The higher fees on the sliding scale allows me to practice equity and social justice in changing the system to subsidise and allow accessibility to people/agencies who cannot afford to see me otherwise.
NDIS
I can use NDIS funding if you are:
– Plan-managed: I invoice your plan manager directly. This is my preference.
– Self-managed: You pay my fee directly to me and I provide a receipt for you to claim back the fees. This is my policy as unfortunately I have had a few issues with receiving payment for self-funded participants.
Fees are $170/hr. I do not charge the NDIS maximum.
I invoice using the NDIS line item:

Mainstream Recommended Fees
The 2025 recommended fee from APS is $270/50 minutes and AASW is $270/hour for counselling sessions. It goes up each year.
I charge well below this rate. My rate is more sustainable if you’re looking for a long term therapeutic or supervisory relationship which is my preference for the type of work I do e.g. we work together for years.
I do not offer Medicare or Private Health Insurance rebates.
